August has been a busy month of liquidating at The Yoga Studio. Many thanks to Ted and Mary Ellen for all the investment of time and energy that went into creating the beautiful studio we called home for the past year and a half and for your enthusiastic response to my classes. Best wishes to everyone who is involved in keeping the yoga studio alive as a co-op. I hope that works out for you. Also, I wish to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who graced that magnificent space with their inquiries and self study. Thank you to all who have supported The Yoga Studio for the past 14 years. What an incredible journey through time and space, through timelessness and infinity. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Now I will do what feels best - I will go away for a couple of months to write, relax, refresh, rethink, renew. When I return, I will be looking into some possibilities for retreats and workshops. Stay tuned...
